We know that many people are unsure if a problem has a legal solution – perhaps in relation to complex issues raised by separation.  This can create stress.  Often a short consultation will provide you with direction.  To encourage people to seek proper advice, we offer an Initial Consultation where you can see us for half an hour for a fixed fee of $110.00.* 

As a regional law firm we understand our clients may have issues arising either by reason of distance or accessibility.  We have telelink and videoconferencing facilities to overcome these issues.  Even in matters where proceedings may be necessary, 95% settle in the early stages.  At Bell Dixon Butler we have an experienced team can assist you in the resolution.
